TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Online Security
Our server uses a digital certificate from GeoTrust, which is compatible with Netscape, Microsoft and other leading browsers.

Privacy Policy
We do not sell, transmit or pass on any of your order/personal details (especially email addresses) to any third party companies, without your express permission.

Availability
All products sold are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, when ever possible, you will be advised within 24 working hours. Credit/Debit Card Payment We will only debit your credit/debit card when the goods are ready to be despatched, unless stated otherwise.

As part of the credit application with the networks we must pre-authorise £20.00 on your credit card. This is for security purposes only and you will not pay this amount and it will not appear on your statement. Your available credit limit will however be reduced by £20.00 for up to 10 days. If the cost of your order is more than £20.00, we will pre-authorise the total cost of your order.

Mobile Phone Contracts
Pay monthly mobile phones are subject to a credit check and minimum 12, 18 or 24 month contract. Network acceptance is subject to status. Proof of identification and residence may be required

All mobile phones connected, are sold at a subsidised price. We reserve the right on cancellation of service during the initial airtime provider's agreement, to charge the SIM free cost of the phone to your credit card. You will also pay for any promotional products or cash back given. If you change tariff to a lower line rental within 6 months of connection that would have meant you paying a higher price for the phone, we reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card the difference.

Any new connection onto the Vodafone network resulting in the disconnection of an existing mobile is classed as a disconnection/reconnection. This includes any disconnection either 14 days prior or 45 days following the new connection. Where Vodafone enforce their disconnection/reconnection policy we reserve the right to charge your credit/debit card the SIM free cost of the phone.

T-Mobile may debit and then immediately re-credit your Credit card with £2.99 as part of your application.

Any payment will be debited from the credit/debit card details you have supplied

Cashback
You are required to send a copy of your 4th, 8th, and 12 airtime bill along with the redemption voucher to enable your redemption to be verified.
The airtime bill must be received by us not more than 30 days after the bills issue date.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays/lost of claims in the post system.
We strongly recommend you send the bill to us by recorded delivery
Redemption requests will NOT apply to 14 day returns, disconnected numbers or where you have not remained on the originally chosen tariff.
Discount only applies to standard line rental. Value Added Services are not included.
Allow 30days to receive the cheque.

Discount Line Rental
Unless otherwise stated all discounted line rental is given via redemption.

Pre-Pay Phones (Pay as you go)
By purchasing a pre-pay phone on any of the networks, you are agreeing to:

1. register your details with the network for the new mobile number & phone.
2. credit an additional top-up voucher to the new mobile number account within one month of purchase.
3. not remove & replace the SIM card supplied with the new phone with an existing one you may already have.

If as a result of you not following the above criteria, the subsidy is withheld, we reserve the right to debit up to a further £65 Inc vat from the debit/credit card account details supplied.

Free Gifts
Free gifts will be despatched after 28 days. Allow 14 days for delivery.

Guarantee
All products have a 12 months manufacturers guarantee. Where a product develops a manufactures fault within 28 days of receipt, we will exchange it for a new one. Where a product is exchanged, but then later found to have a fault caused by the customer (e.g. liquid contamination/drop damage), the customer will be liable for the SIM free cost of the replacement. Any such cost will be debited from the credit/debit card details supplied.

Where a manufacturers fault occurs after 28 days and within 12 months of purchase, the product will need to be sent for repair.

Delivery - Mobile Phones
Mobile phone orders will be connected to the network of your choice and then despatched for delivery (normally by Royal Mail Special Delivery). We cannot accept responsibility for late delivery or delays in the connection process. .

Delivery - Accessories
Accessories will be delivered within 5 working days of placing the order, unless notified otherwise.

Delivery Times
Delivery times are 9.00am 5.00pm Monday to Friday. (Saturday deliveries cannot be guaranteed). Most deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If no one is available to sign for the order, a card will be left and re-delivery can be arranged. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in the postal system.

Right to Cancellation
If you are purchasing Goods or Services for private use, you have the right to cancel within 7 days of receipt of the Goods or Services.

If you decide to cancel the Goods or Services you must return the Goods to us and notify us in writing of your wish to cancel any Services to: UKPhoneShop.com, Freedom House, 18 Parliament Street, Up Holland, Wigan, Lancashire WN8 0LN.

Goods must be returned to us in the same condition as they were delivered to you. (including all packaging and any free accessories / promotional items). If the Goods are not returned in the same condition as they were delivered, we reserve the right to charge you for any resulting loss in value.

Returns
If you have to return any product please call or e-mail for assistance. All refunds or replacements will be dealt with expediently. In the event you have to return any item, whether faulty or not, it is the customer's responsibility for the safe return of all goods with original packaging. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Additional Stock Items Additional items, such as accessories and or promotional products, supplied free of charge, are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute or withdraw them at any time. Promotional products will be sent separately, normally within 28 days of connection.

Pricing
Unless indicated otherwise all our prices include VAT. We cannot accept responsibility for errors published on our web site or promotional material.

Prices, promotions and tariffs may have to be withdrawn or changed without notice. If any change occurs in the period after you have placed an order that is not in your favour we will contact you prior to proceeding with your order. It is important that you fax or email all necessary proofs to us immediately so orders are processed without delay.

Additional Payments
Where additional payments are required from you as laid out in these Terms and Conditions, you authorise us to take payment via you credit/debit card.

Not withstanding the above conditions your statutory rights are not affected.
